Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our facility is staffed with a range of healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for our residents. The team is led by an LVN who acts as our wellness director, supported by an Assistant Wellness Director. Under their guidance, we have CNAs, trained caregivers, and med techs, all of whom undergo rigorous training to cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
Resident Safety and Well-Being
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we conduct thorough assessments to determine the individual care and services required, whether physical or cognitive. Each resident benefits from a personalized care plan.
Transition Support Services
We provide an orientation process for new residents to help them integrate into the community. Additionally, families have the option to hire a one-on-one caregiver for extra support during the initial transition period.
Transportation Services
Our community offers transportation for residents to medical appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Dining Experience
We offer restaurant-style dining for all three meals, with a variety of sides and entrees to choose from, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our residents.
Addressing Resident Complaints
Residents are encouraged to communicate any complaints directly to the managers. We also provide a grievance box for submitting issues anonymously, which are then reviewed by the executive director.
Cost of Living
The base rate for assisted living ranges from $4150 to $5200, with additional care levels costing between $500 to $2000. Memory care ranges from $5115 to $6380, with care levels ranging from $500 to $1000.
Family Communication Policy
We maintain open communication with families, updating them on any changes in condition, issues, refusals, or behaviors as they arise.
Short-Term and Respite Stays
We offer short-term or respite stays with a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days at a rate of $225 per day.
Pet-Friendly Community
Our community is pet-friendly, requiring a one-time pet fee of $650 and up-to-date vaccination records for the pet.
Waitlist Information
There is a waitlist for specific apartment styles, but we currently have 1 bedroom floor plans available.
Vaccination Services
While we do not provide Covid and flu vaccinations directly, we coordinate with third-party pharmacies to administer these shots to our residents.
Aging in Place
Residents can age in place, often with the support of Hospice. However, if 24-hour nursing care is required, a transition to skilled nursing may be necessary.
