Overview of Professionals and Training
Our team includes an Executive Director, Business Office Manager (also handling HR), Director of Community Relations, a marketer, Director of Activities and an assistant, Director of Maintenance and an assistant, three receptionists for different shifts, concierge and chauffeur service, head chef, cooks, servers, and kitchen staff. All staff undergo ongoing training for compliance and are CPR and first aid certified. They also carry a master key for emergency access to resident apartments.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
We maintain a 24/7 receptionist area for emergencies. A daily check-in system is in place during breakfast hours to ensure resident well-being. If a resident does not check in, we proactively reach out to them. In case of no response, we will enter their apartment to assess the situation and call emergency services if necessary.
Transition Support Services
While we don't have our own transportation for moves, we partner with senior transition services and moving companies. We also recommend trusted real estate agents for those needing to sell their homes.
Transportation Services
Our concierge service offers transportation Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, within a 10-mile radius for free, and beyond at a cost. We also have a shuttle for group trips.
Dining Experience
The Monticello dining room serves breakfast and dinner, with breakfast only on weekends. Rent includes meals. A bistro offers a pay-as-you-go option daily.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
We have an open-door policy for feedback and concerns, handled by the Executive Director or HR. Monthly town halls and chef chats allow residents to voice their opinions.
Cost of Living
Living costs range from $3,000 to $7,500, depending on the apartment or casita size and location, all-inclusive.
Communication Policy
In emergencies, we contact the designated emergency contact. Daily check-ins are recorded, and families can inquire about their loved ones.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer guest suites for short-term stays at $150 a night, with all amenities included.
