In fact, all of Palmettos partners prepare for their workday by reciting one of our 20 promises each morning. We want to provide the best quality of care based on the needs of each of our residents.
The Palmettos of Charleston provides for each Resident a personal level of support, while maximizing their activity, freedom and privacy in our 60-apartment community with 45 Assisted Living and 15 Memory Care apartments. Our style fosters independence, socialization, and a healthy lifestyle for each Resident. From medication supervision to art and music therapy, our Residents receive appropriate care for their level of need, remaining vital and independent to enjoy all The Palmettos of Charleston has to offer.
