Apartment Options and Pricing
Our studio apartments are $4000 per month (480 square feet). Our one-bedroom apartments are $5350 per month (740 square feet). Two-bedroom apartments are $7850 (1220 square feet).
Utilities and Amenities
We pay for gas, water, and trash; other utilities such as electric and internet are the responsibility of the resident. The one and two-bedroom apartments have full-size kitchens including all major appliances, as well as gas fireplaces. Each apartment has its own private patio or balcony, as well as an emergency call system linked to our front desk.

The Oaks of Pasadena
The Oaks of Pasadena includes 82 apartments, with a very friendly and family-like atmosphere. We are located in a beautiful park-like setting of 27 acres in East Pasadena. The property includes a swimming pool, garden and arboretum areas, as well as paved walking paths with park benches for seating. We have a full-time activities coordinator who plans a variety of social and recreational activities for our residents, many of which are listed on our monthly calendar.
Amenities and Services
Laundry service is available, or residents may use the laundry facilities at no charge. The monthly lease includes free daily breakfasts, a $450 allowance for other meals in our elegant restaurant-style dining room, daily trash pick-up and bed-making service, weekly housekeeping and bed linen service, reserved underground parking, free transportation within a 10-mile radius, monthly social and recreational activities and other amenities. We are pet friendly.
