My mom has now been at this facility for about a year and a half. We are still very happy with the staff and management. I can honestly say that they do really care about the residents. If you or someone you know is looking for a facility I recommend The Oaks at The Oaks at Liberty Grove Assisted Living We moved my mom to this facility the first of February. She has made so many friends. All the people that work there are caring and love each one of them. Food is great. They do so many activities daily. I am thankful we found this place. On top of all of this it is a beautiful facility.
My mom was one of the first residents. We have been through the growing pains, but we are so happy to be here. The director, Keesha, has made time for us and without excuse has made sure we have what we need. The staff has laughed and cried with us and walked with my sister and I on this emotional roller coaster we have been on. No place is perfect, but this staff loves their residents and their families. And we love them! Thank you to everyone!
I moved my 95 year old mother into The Oaks in Rowlett last Wednesday. Not only is it a beautiful facility, but the staff is wonderful. They are there to offer whatever assistance that she needs. She simply pushes a button that she wears and they come to her room. They provide the medical and mobility assistance that she now needs. I highly recommend that you check out The Oaks if you are looking for a place to help care for a loved one.
A piece of heaven is the best way to describe this premiere Assisted Living Community in Rowlett, Tx. We had my father living here during his last year of life. The director Shannon was a joy to work with. She was extremely helpful and very attentive to all our needs. When we had to bring hospice care for my dad, Shannon gracefully opened a vacant unit across from my dad, so that the family could rest and be close by. The staff is very loving, respectful and accommodating. They are always looking after the residents, providing them with the best compassionate care so that residents can have a better quality of life. We are so grateful to all the staff at The Oaks, who helped make my dad's last year of life a memorable experience. Thank you! George J.
If you are looking for a place that will treat you or your loved one like family, I highly suggest this facility. The director Shannon is attentive to all needs and has the resident's best interest at heart. The staff is very respectful and will try and accommodate making you feel right at home. There are too many caregivers to name personally, but they are all the best. There are daily activities to participate in as well as a beautiful decor to look at along with large windows to just sit and look out into the courtyard area. The restaurant style dining is just that, a restaurant. The chef can make you anything on the menu they have to offer or you can choose the special of the day. Food is like homemade and won't disappoint. This was my parent's home for 15 months. I am so glad I chose this facility, I did not have to worry about the care they were given, I would not have changed a thing
We absolutely love this facility for my mom. She has been there about a year and a half now. The staff and management are amazing and they really love and take care of the residents. Always have fun activities. Food is also great. If you or someone you know is looking for a facility I recommend The Oaks at Liberty Grove
As many of you know, I was playing music at your place on 8/27 when I had a heart attack. Just wanted to say thank to Lori and Allie and the rest of the staff for your help and support. Y’all were wonderful and turned a frightening situation into a successful one. Very much looking forward to returning. God Bless!!!

This is the third place I have had my 95 year old father. It is a great place for him with caring staff members and much better menu choices than we have found anywhere else. Yes, there is staff turn - over but it’s MUCH better than than any place I have found. It’s easy to criticize this type of facility because it’s a tough job and requires a special type of person. However, if I compare it to the competition in Rockwall, I am forever grateful.
We had a loved one stay at this place for almost one year. In the beginning, it was great. We loved the original manger and financial manager. They were so nice. They did not stay long. During our family member's stay at The Oaks, they went through four different managers, three or four different nurses, and several different support staff. People were getting fired our were quitting regularly around there. It's like the owners don't know who or what they want. Quite often, it seemed like they were short staffed for a place as big as that. Also, The Oaks is not set up for anyone that has too many health problems. It is basically a place for seniors that are fairly healthy and do not require much help. The nurse, at the time, was too focused on rules and not on our loved one's needs. I asked her about a couple of things two or three times, and she would never really address them. I know certain rules and policies have to be followed, but we felt like they were being too strict with things. The nurse seemed to be stressed working there too.The food was pretty good, though. The place is still pretty new and nice. However, just because a place looks nice, doesn't mean that the quality of care is nice.
Awesome place to work! Fun loving and caring staff that are hard working and do everything in their power to make sure loved ones are cared for as though they were their own. Many changes over the last few months have been made to ensure that only the best of people are here to love and care for the all the residents!
