Apartment Pricing and Amenities
One bedrooms start at $4125, 2 bedrooms start at $6250. Rates include all utilities (wifi, cable, heat, electric), activities and programs onsite, a $750 monthly dining credit to be used in our 4 restaurants at the resident’s discretion. Weekly we provide a deep clean of each apartment and change out bedlinens and towels, daily, Monday – Friday we provide light touch service to make each bed and take out trash.

Availability and Pricing
We currently have a waitlist for 2 bedroom apartments and penthouse units. One bedroom units are currently available. One bedroom apartments start at $4125, and 2 bedroom apartments start at $6250. Rates include all utilities (wifi, cable, heat, electric), activities and programs onsite, and a $750 monthly dining credit for use in our 4 restaurants. Weekly deep cleaning of each apartment and daily light touch service from Monday to Friday are also provided.
Staff and Training
As an independent living community, our Wellness Center is managed by Concierge HomeCare and offers a variety of care services. Our staff undergoes comprehensive training to ensure the highest level of care and service.
Safety and Well-being
All guest floors require key access, and we operate a 24-hour concierge service managed by a security company to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
Transition Support Services
Our “On the Move” program offers incoming residents 10 hours of support services to coordinate their move and assist in downsizing. After moving in, residents are assigned a resident-ambassador to help them assimilate into the community.
Transportation Services
We offer complimentary transportation in our Merion Bus Monday-Friday in the local area.
Dining Experience
Our community offers 5-star dining in our 4 restaurant outlets. Residents have a $750 dining credit each month to spend on meals and happy hours at their discretion.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Our leadership team maintains an open door policy, and we host a bi-weekly Open Forum for residents to raise concerns and for staff to introduce new programs or changes.
Communication with Families
Families can sign up for our monthly newsletter and email notifications. In emergency situations, individual families may be contacted as needed.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not offer short-term or respite stays.
Pet Policy
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.
Vaccination Services
Yes, our wellness center provides a vaccine clinic typically annually for Covid and flu vaccinations.
