Waitlist Information
We have three styles of rooms within the facility: Semi, Private, & Studio. Currently, we are only waitlisted for the private room.

Professional Staff and Training
Our staff includes 2 LPNs, an RN, CNAs, and Resident Assistants. The licensed professionals complete necessary schooling and ongoing CEUs/trainings to maintain licensure. Resident Assistants undergo state-issued training and testing, along with monthly training provided by us once they are established as RAs.
Safety and Well-being Measures
The Meadows Manor does not offer a locked or secure unit. Our residents can exit the facility, walk our grounds, and some even drive. If you have concerns regarding dementia or other specific needs, please let us know for further clarification.
Transition Support Services
Through our activities program, new residents are welcomed and integrated into the community with the help of staff and fellow residents. A handbook detailing many aspects of the community is also provided to help them become familiar with the building and its locations.
Transportation Services
We offer a wheelchair-accessible van for transportation to and from physician services for a round trip fee of $50. Activity outings do not incur a charge.
Dining Experience
Our dining room operates restaurant style, with daily menus and a variety of meal options, including a short order cook for breakfast and multiple choices for lunch and dinner.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
All department heads have an open door policy for addressing resident issues directly. We also offer monthly resident council meetings, meetings with the ombudsman, and a written complaint form in the resident handbook.
Communication with Residents' Families
Communication preferences with families are established at admission, with options including texts, emails, or phone calls, depending on the level of involvement preferred by the family.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Respite stays, considered anything less than 30 days, are available at a rate of $10 more per day on the daily rate of the room.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome for visits, provided we have an up-to-date vaccination record on hand, including rabies. However, pets cannot reside permanently within the facility.
Vaccinations
Residents can receive both Covid and flu vaccinations with us, though neither is a requirement.
Aging in Place
The Meadows offers Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation at our sister facility on the same campus. We prioritize maintaining residents within our care as long as possible and provide priority placement at our skilled facility for higher levels of care when needed.
