About The Mansions
The Mansions is a family-operated company that has been serving the senior living industry for multiple decades. The Mansions at Decatur, which opened its doors in April five years ago, is located a quarter of a mile inside the Perimeter on Lawrenceville Highway. It is designed for active seniors over the age of 55 who cherish their independence but prefer not to deal with the hassles of home or yard maintenance, cooking, bill payments, or finding social activities.
Our Apartments
We offer spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments equipped with full kitchens, washers, and dryers, as well as a spacious outdoor deck or patio.
Rent Inclusions
- Three chef-prepared meals daily, along with a 24-hour snack bar
- All utilities paid – including water and electricity
- Expanded Basic Cable, Wi-Fi, and a landline
- Housekeeping and maintenance services
- Nightly garbage collection
- Complimentary transportation for doctor appointments, shopping, and general errands
- An extensive activities calendar with options for monthly outings

- All-electric apartments with resident-controlled efficient heat pumps for year-round comfort
