The Lynmoore is the first and ONLY place we looked, trying to relocate our mother. We loved it, still do. The employees are our extended family. After all they take care of not just our mother,but other sweet elderly people. We would recommend them to everyone. They call everyone by name. Today I saw a server wipe a tear from a ladies cheek, telling her not to cry because it would make her cry. Ashley is always in a good mood when I call or come in. I don't know Cassandra, she must have been having a bad day. She needs to rethink what she posted, next time get your facts correct.�

My mother has been at the Lynmoore for a year now! Best place for her! The staff is super friendly. Everyone knows her name and her likes and dislikes! We haven't experienced any problems. Chef Rich and his staff do an amazing job! Ashley at the front desk is always polite and helpful even when she has vendors, residents and visitors all asking her something at the same time! Can't imagine having my mother anywhere else! All of the other staff are equally nice and helpful. Can't imagine someone having a problem with the Lynmoore or its staff!

The worst. It is all a Façade. Room was filthy. Food and sticky juice on floor. Head of housekeeping apologized. They fed my loved one when he was sleeping. Another person comes and picks it up before he awakes. Then he is hungry at night. No food. Just snacks. He went to hospital and no-one notified me, which resulted in death. Other peoples bedding on his bed. All dresser drawers were empty. No clothes. They stole his brand new checker game. The turnover of staff is rapid. DO NOT BRING LOVED ONE HERE. Marketing will act like your best friend. Then when in, never speaks again.

if I could give more stars, I would.We had to move my father-in-law from an assisted living facility in Vero Beach to Memory Care at the Lynmoore on fairly short notice and everyone at this facility has been wonderful to work with. Stephanie, the sales and marketing director, has been there every step of the way and gone above and beyond to help with the entire process. She assisted with getting all of the paperwork from the other facility and with so many other things. She was also available for the phone calls and questions we had and helped to make this stressful time a bit less stressful. We are very thankful for everything she has done to make this move as smooth as possible.We also have to give Danielle, the executive director, a big thank you. We did the move ourselves due to a limited time frame to get it done and when we arrived at the Lynmoore, Danielle greeted my father-in-law and took him to an area where he could be taken care of while we moved his belongings into the room and got it set up for him. She then proceeded to help us move items in (furniture and everything). We were very grateful for that assistance because my husband and I were so worn out by that point from packing, moving, and dealing with my father-in-law yet we knew we still had more work to do to get his new place set up. Her help was very much appreciated.

They charge employees to much we have went through 5 people for Memory care Supervisor's. They lose clothes and Personal items. They should you a room on the website that you will get but that's not true. Now it's hard to get a nurse at night if you want to know how your parent is doing and they don't call you when they get back from the hospital if they send them out to begin with.

Most of the staff is not vaccinated nor do they wear masks. This place has gone downhill in the 3 or 4 times it has been bought out. Can't keep up with the staff/administrative turnover. Not pleased in the direction. Pricey for the services they offer residents, not much. Looks good on paper, but as a person who has watch its decline over the past 7 years, would not recommend.

The Lynmoore has been a Wonderful Assisted Living for my Mother-in-Law. She is now in the last stages of Alzheimers and the care she receives is 2nd to none!! My wife has shared with me how efficient, helpful and caring Ashley, in the Memory Care, has been over the years!! Ashley started her career with The Lynmoore at the front office reception desk, answering the phone. She is now the Director of the Memory Care!! My wife was so happy when she received that promotion! She told me many times that Ashley was the best "Follow-Through" employee she had ever dealt with anywhere!! Thank you Ashley for helping to make my Wife's life a little easier with her Mom!!!I also want to thank the Whole Lynmoore staff for the Amazing job they have done keeping the residents and staff healthy and safe with the COVID-19 Pandemic!!Matt Jenkins

The Director of Memory Care, Ashley, is the perfect person for the Lynmoore. She cares for each resident as if they were her own parents. She is always positive, upbeat, and very helpful. Dad is very comfortable under her care. On Father's Day she even presented him with a gift basket, since family couldn't be there because of the covid.

my mother was moved to Lynmoore almost a year ago from another assisted living facility. the care, facility, atmosphere, security is beyond amazing. she is in the best of hands and i have no worries anymore. Ashley, director of nursing in memory care, is exceptional. everyone there is warm, loving and engaged in the residents well being. wish we had known about this "hidden gem" years ago!!
