My family member entered the facility to recover from gallblader surgery, needed therapy to gain his strength back,he also suffers from Parkinson's, I had to get him back to hospital,found him this past Tuesday when I arrived sitting in a wheelchair, had been there for hours,his eyes were full of yellow discharge, extremely week,and I suspected he had a temperature,his medication for Parkinson's had not been giving to him,my biggest complaint is against a particular nurse,I believe her name is Kima or Keema,extremely rude and mean,you can't understand anything she says and she refused to take his temperature and administer his meds,she told me that she was too busy and continued to sit at the desk,finally at 11 pm another nurse came took his temperature and he did have a fever,he also tested positive for Covid,the next morning I got him out of there and into the hospital, he was dehydrated and immediately they put him on antibiotics and fluids and by Wednesday night he was doing much better,in all fairness they have some people that do care and I can't thank them enough, some of them are Lidia,Destiny,and Monica,I understand how hard their job is and how they can be understaffed but they can't have people like this awful nurse working there and in charge of patients.
