1) Waiting List
At this time we do not have a waiting list.
2) Medical Staff
We have licensed med-techs that passed and we have a nurse practitioner that works with N.C Elder Care that comes in once a week.
3) Resident Safety
For resident safety, they must sign out when they leave the facility. We do not have a locked unit.
4) Transportation for Appointments
Transition is provided for residents that have doctor appointments outside of the facility.
5) Dining
We have a big dining room for the residents and we like for all residents to come to the dining room unless they are sick. Then they will get a sick tray.
6) Complaints
Residents can talk with the Resident Care Director and then to the administrator to help solve whatever issue they may have.
7) Room Costs
Semi-private rooms are $3750 a month and private rooms $4350 a month. If you are on Medicaid then the price is different and it depends on your income.
8) Emergency Notifications
Staff will call if your family member is sent to the hospital, had a fall.
9) Respite Care
Respite care we will do but it has to be 30 days or more. The cost is the same.
10) Pets
Pets can come to visit but cannot stay.
11) Health Services
We do Covid shots and the Flu shot in the facility.
12) Aging in Place
Residents are able to age in the facility. We do have residents that are with hospice.
