Apartment Rental Overview
We are a month-to-month apartment rental community. We do not require a security deposit, nor first/last month rent. Instead, we require a one-time non-refundable Community Fee of $1,500, with $500 of that amount required to reserve the apartment of choice for up to 30 days once the decision is made.
Availability
Currently, we have one 2-BR apartment available. We have a waiting list for all other apartments within our building. We expect to have available 1-BR apartments within 30 days, suitable for either Independent Living or Assisted Living residents. Please note, there is a pricing difference between Independent and Assisted Living options.
Included Amenities
Included in the apartment rent are all utilities except for the telephone. This includes a Cable TV package with over 70 channels and Wi-Fi. Weekly Housekeeping is included for Assisted Living residents and available as an added service for Independent Living residents. Laundry services are also available for either living option.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-friendly community, with certain conditions to ensure community harmony. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of $500 is required, along with proof of up-to-date vaccinations from a veterinarian.
Dining and Meal Packages
All 1-BR and 2-BR apartments feature full kitchens. Residents may opt for Meal Packages of x1, x2, or x3 meals per day, enjoyed in our Dining Room. This service allows residents to order from a daily menu, socialize, and enjoy home-cooked meals without the hassle of cleaning up afterward.
Apartment Features
Each apartment boasts a spacious utility room with a full-size side-by-side washer and dryer, providing extra storage space.
Living Options
Independent Living residents do not require an RN Admission Assessment prior to moving in. In contrast, Assisted Living residents are required to have a pre-admission RN Admission Assessment, with no fee charged for this service. Assisted Living services are tailored to each resident's personal needs.
Should Independent Living residents require Assisted Living Services at any point, our RN will conduct an assessment at no additional fee, and services will be provided directly to the resident's apartment.
Staff Training
All staff members are required to undergo extensive training on a variety of topics, including infection control and life safety issues, in compliance with state licensure regulations. This training is conducted on a quarterly basis.
Social Activities and Transportation
Social activities are scheduled 7 days a week, catering to a wide range of interests. We also offer complementary transportation for weekly shopping and social outings.
