Our Services and Amenities
We have RNs, LPNs, STNAs along with therapy services of OT, PT, ST. They are all state certified and stay up to date on current trends by completing Continuing Education. If staff needs certain training, we will provide it.
We provide staffing per state guidelines. Residents are rounded on every 2hrs or more as needed when call lights go off. We use various techniques to prevent falls like rearranging the room. We also are having a New monitoring system being placed next week that uses radar technology to monitor the resident's respiratory rate to provide early detection of changes to provide quality of care. Our company is the only one in this area using this technology.
We have a licensed Social Worker that will assist with the discharge planning process for transition to the community. Ensuring they are set-up with Home Health Services and have any needed equipment.
We offer transportation for our residents with our van or we can set-up transport with an outside company.
We offer residents to come to the main dining room for meals or they can stay in their rooms if they choose. We offer a main selection for lunch and dinner but also offer an alternate menu if the main meal is not to their liking. Our dietary manager will interview the residents of likes and dislikes. if nothing is appealing on the menu dietary tries to accommodate the resident if possible.
We have concern forms that are filled out and addressed by the team and the social worker will see that the issue is resolved.
Pricing
Semi-private rates are $270.00 and Private rates are $400.00.
Communication and Family Involvement
If there is an issue or concern, we contact the family immediately. We encourage family members to call anytime to check on their loved one.
Additional Services
We offer Short-term / respite stays. If paying privately it would run the same as the previous stated room rates.
We are pet-friendly and families are allowed to bring in pets that are current on their vaccinations.
We offer both Flu and Covid vaccines.
We offer residents to age in place here. They may come for rehab but not be able to return home so we can assist with the Medicaid process for them to stay long term. We also offer hospice services if that is needed. We currently do not have a waiting list. We have beds available for Short-term, Long-term, and Memory Care.
