    The Laurels of Fulton is a 50-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center operated by Ciena Healthcare located just 45 minutes north of Lansing and 20 miles south of Alma in a picturesque country setting.

    We pride ourselves on the continuity of care available to our guests of our facility through individualized programs designed to meet their specific needs. We excel at short-term respite and hospice care, as well as short-term rehabilitation. And if you are rehabilitating with us, you can rest assured your therapist is working with your physician to design a plan that will get you back in the game as quickly as possible.

    We put equal energy into caring for our long-term guests, whom we consider cherished members of our Laurel family.
