    Located just off of I-69, The Laurels of Coldwater is a 169-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center operated by Ciena Healthcare. We provide care for both short-term and extended-stay guests in close proximity to Community Health Center of Branch County, shopping centers and other Coldwater amenities.

    Professionals at The Laurels of Coldwater work as a team to promote the highest level of independence and quality of life for our short-term and long-term guests, whatever their needs. That's because we view each guest as part of a family whose members deserve not only great care, but also compassion, dignity and a sense of purpose.

    Our short-term guests who need additional medical services after leaving a hospital experience excellent results under the care of our coordinated physician, nursing and therapy team.
