Wellness Care
Wellness Care is an optional add-on to the monthly rental fee, and is available for residents who would like a monthly check-in with nursing staff.
This service is required for residents who would like to receive any à la carte services or assistance in the event of a fall.
Wellness Care is $200 per month and includes:
- Initial assessment by a registered nurse
- An emergency call pendant*
- Quarterly assessments by a registered nurse
- Monthly vital signs
- Vital signs include blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, respiration
- Monthly weight monitoring
*If the pendant is utilized, response by a caregiver or nurse will be billed at the current à la carte rate. Please refer to à la carte sheet.
