Totally agree with Carla S. the bathroom floors are black all while you’re a visitor the staff doesn’t check on resident. During the COVID their staff members were not checked for fever check staff wouldn’t enter through lobby of facility would enter through side doors did not have masks or gowns on but visitors were required to get fully gowned up staff wasn’t, each time the facility needed to close to the visitors I feel it was due to the staff not following prodigal. Patients are dressing/undressing themselves w/o assistants housekeeping staff is horrible
