Independent Living Membership and Rates
Memberships in Independent Living are a one-time non-refundable fee and start at $55,000, with an additional $10,000 for the second person. There are no health or financial requirements as we are independent living. Rental rates are wide-ranging and for Independent Living start at:
- $3850/month for a one-bedroom Oakcreek
- $5295/month for a 2 bedroom 2 bath Paria
The bungalows, which are 3 bedroom and 1650sqft, have a membership fee of $65,000 and rent for $7995.
Assisted Living Membership and Rates
The membership fee in Assisted Living is $7500 per person. Assisted Living is rent plus care, and you can figure on $5000 - $8000/month, with a second person adding $1200/month to cover the cost of the 3 meals a day.
Memory Care Membership and Rates
The membership fee is $7500 per person in Memory Care. Memory Care is rent plus care. The monthly rent for a private 1 bedroom is $5995, and $4195 for a semi-private room.
