2024 Membership and Service Plan Rates
A one-time membership fee is required and varies by size of apartment. This fee provides you with priority access to Meadowbrook Health Center as well as access to many amenities on the ClarkLindsey campus. The monthly service rate varies by the level of care you need.

Our team comprises Registered Nurses, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), Resident Helpers, and Certified Skilled Care Administrators. Each member undergoes rigorous training specific to their role, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide the highest level of care and support to our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents through various measures, including lockdown areas that require codes for access. Additionally, all assisted living and memory care bathrooms are equipped with help alert pulls, among other safety features.
Transition Support Services
To aid residents in transitioning into our community or a different level of care, we offer the support of a dedicated community navigator.

Our residents enjoy free transportation to all medical and financial appointments, along with weekly trips to a variety of grocery stores.
Dining Experience
Independent living residents receive one 5-course evening meal per day, prepared by our wonderful chef. In our assisted living, memory care, and skilled care units, we offer three meals a day.

Residents can bring any complaints or issues to a staff member, who will then relay it to the relevant department or person in charge. Larger issues may be escalated to leadership or our resident council for further action or policy review.

Short-term or Respite Stays
