Assisted Living Options and Pricing
In our assisted living facility, we offer several living options along with personalized care services. Below are the details of our available units and their respective lease prices:
- Studio: Leases for $4,420 plus care costs.
- Small One Bedroom: Leases for $5,575 plus care costs.
- Large One Bedroom: Leases for $5,675 plus care costs.
Please note that we currently do not have any two-bedroom units available.
Additionally, there is a one-time community fee of $2,500.
