Employment Opportunities
We hire all types of team members, some are for dining such as servers, chefs, dining managers. We also hire for nursing RNs, LPNs, Caregivers, Med Techs, and CNAs. We also have administrative staff such as HR and a lifestyles director and team members to help with all the activities for Assisted Living and Independent Living. We have a large maintenance crew and concierge for all shifts for both living styles.
Training and Education
We're all trained with Relias courses that are yearly which include but not limited to all the ACHA requirements such as HIPPA, Biohazard Materials and how to handle chemicals. We also are trained on resident rights, Alzheimer's Disease, customer service, and all other aspects of healthcare training.
Transportation and Dining
We offer transportation to and from physician offices and schedule outings. For dining we offer two meals a day for Independent Living which is breakfast and the choice between lunch and dinner. For Assisted Living we offer all three meals a day included.
Feedback and Management
Any complaints or issues are brought to the attention of my Executive Director or the Director of the department.
Cost of Living and Accommodations
The cost of living varies depending on if you need Independent living or Assisted Living and also the size of the apartment you choose.
Care Plans and Communication
There are care plans for the Assisted Living residents to help keep families in the loop on what's going on medically. For Independent Living there are newsletters that go out and mass emails if there are announcements that need to be made or addressed.
Respite Care
We offer Respite and that is a 30-day minimum and that is the base rent plus the care cost.
Pet Policy
We're pet friendly with a 25lb limit. There is a one time $1,000 pet fee and a revolving $25 per month after that per pet.
Availability
We have a waitlist on one Villa style but not for any of our other units at this time.
