Wait List and Deposit Information
We do have a wait list and the information is attached. We take a $500 deposit that is fully refundable.
Staffing Information
Regarding your question on our staff, I am not involved in the hiring or training process. We are managed by Ebenezer. If you want further details on staffing you can reach out to our Executive Director, Brandi Fitch.
New Resident Introduction
When a new resident moves in the information is provided to our resident council - they typically introduce themselves and invite new residents to meals and activities.
Transportation Services
There is a bus that provides transportation once a week for shopping and other outings. We do not provide personal transportation to appointments.
Dining Services
We have a full service dining offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is prepared on site.
Community Issues and Open Door Policy
If there are any issues within the community we have an open door policy and those can be brought direct to the Executive Director, Brandi Fitch.
Residency Terms
We do not offer short term/respite stay. Vaccines are available within the community for residents. Our community is an age in place community.
