Our entire care team are trained in dementia and Alzheimer's care and are overseen by a Registered Nurse who is available 24 hours a day. The Family Residence seeks to promote aging in place for seniors, including those dealing with all levels of memory care issues, in a small home like setting in Northfield, MN. We are a fantastic option for personalized memory care. We are a family owned company who believe in promoting wellness, socialization and community connections to help individuals maintain their highest level of functioning. We believe in providing exceptional care to our older generation and treating them with the dignity and respect they deserve. In our home everyone is family!
Typical staffing ratio is 1 staff member per 6 residents. RN and LPN are additional staff and are on site 40 hours a week and available 24/7. Daily assistance with grooming, activities of daily living and bathing are provided. 3 nutritious meals and healthy snacks are offered daily. Laundry and cleaning service is included. We partner with Twin Cities Physician Group who offer onsite primary care for each resident. We partner with hospice groups to provide end of life care in our home so your loved one does not need to be moved at this delicate time.
