Overview of Professionals and Training
We have med techs, caregivers, and a LVN on staff. All employees that work at our community undergo training with Relias monthly.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We have routine fire and weather drills. We have cameras around our premises as well as in our building. There is always someone at our concierge desk and lock outside doors for safety at 11pm.
Support Services for New Residents
We have an Ambassador group that takes over our new residents when they move-in. They show them around, introduce them to everyone, invite them to different things going on, and have an introductory party for them.
Transportation Services
We have outing to HEB, mall, movies, lunch dinner, safaris, etc. We also have transportation to appointments on Tuesday and Thursdays that need to be scheduled ahead of time and within a 10 mile radius.
Dining Experience
We have two restaurants with a full seasonal menu and daily specials. I attached a copy of the menu.
Resident Complaints and Issues
The resident and/or family will speak to our Executive Director who will take the proper measures.
Cost of Living
The cost for assisted living is attached in a link in the previous email.
Communication with Residents' Families
Our care staff has regular meetings with families as well as updates on changes as they happen.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer 30 day respite stays and it is the price of a month's rent w/care costs.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, with a one time pet fee of $500.
Waitlist and Availability
We do have a waitlist, but we have two assisted living apartments available that are a one bed one bath at 540sqft.
