Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
WE HAVE Clinical Manager LPN that has been with us for over 13 years. We have 2 nurses on during the day and 1 nurse overnight.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
STAFFING AND support staff. Residents checked on every 2 hours, they have a call button for in between times
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
AIDS and activity staff can help with the transition.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
SCHEDULE TRANSPORTATION is included. We have a transportation team to help with appointments at an added cost.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
Restaurant style in a very nice dining room.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
CALL ME OR our clinical manager.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
CALLS, EMAILS, scheduled meetings as needed.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
NO ROOM FOR respite stays at this time. COST could be up to $206 a day depending on care needs
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
YES. If a resident has a pet (small dog or cat) they need to toilet in and clean up after it. We have a new service dog joining us soon.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
YES
Are residents able to age in place?
YES. We are considered a Continuum Care Residential Community.
Our Assisted Living has been defiance free / perfect state inspection for over 3 years now.
