Tarrington Court Apartments - An Independent Senior Living Community
Tarrington Court Apartments is an independent Senior Living Community! Our office has 3 staff members which consist of a Property Manager, an Assistant Property Manager, and a Maintenance. We are currently operating off a wait list, wait list period can depend on income guideline. We do not provide any type of security or safety for anyone in our community or its surroundings, for any crime records you would need to contact the Houston Police Department.
Resident Activities & Services
Our owners have a contract with Portfolio Services to provide resident activities, 2-3 days out of the week, but we do not provide any type of medical assistant or meal plans. Other resources provided are an application from Baker Ripley for utility assistance and an application to apply for the Food Bank. Portfolio services is partners with Walgreens pharmacy to schedule vaccinations depending on the Calendar year (Walgreens will come onsite).
Privacy Policies & Lease Agreement
Per our privacy policies and lease agreement, we are only allowed to communicate with the resident and or the emergency contact listed on the application. All resident complaints are resolved in the office with office staff, and if you need assistance a supervisor may be contacted.
Lease Renewal
Residents can renew their lease contract if they are willing to renew, as long they are able to afford rent.
