At Sycamore Place Alzheimer’s Special Care Center, we have created a safe and secure home-like atmosphere where residents thrive. Our Memory Care staff delivers compassionate services designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs. We offer state-of-the-art care with progressive programs designed to engage and support healthy lifestyles.
Before a resident moves into our property, customized assessments are completed so individual care plans can be created. Residents are assessed through our SPA 2.0 Program. This program will tailor residents’ needs and preferences into a care plan. Plans are updated routinely or when a health condition arises. In addition to the Medical Director, our community is staffed by highly trained LPNs, Certified Dementia Practitioners, and Certified Dementia Live Trainers. All medication is managed by licensed professional nurses.
