Welcome and Introduction
I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding the length of this email, as I aim to provide thorough answers to your inquiries. I'm more than willing to clarify any points or answer additional questions over the phone, but I'll do my best to address your concerns via email for now.
Our Team
Our team is diverse, ranging from Executive Directors who hold college degrees and fulfill state licensing and training requirements, to a dedicated staff that includes registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, caregivers, cooks, servers, housekeepers, and maintenance personnel. All employees are subjected to state background checks to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
Resources and Support Services
We offer a variety of resources and support services to assist residents with their transition into our community. These include medical transportation and regular outings, such as shopping trips, to enrich their living experience.
Addressing Complaints
Should a resident have a complaint, we have a process in place that includes direct communication with our administration team, suggestion boxes, grievance forms, and the opportunity to share feedback during our monthly Town Hall meetings. Additionally, the state Ombudsman is available to advocate for residents' concerns if necessary.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience is designed to mimic a restaurant-style setting, where residents can enjoy their meals and drinks in a communal atmosphere. We also employ a third-party meal service and a dietitian to ensure our meal planning meets the nutritional needs of our residents.
Cost of Living and Financial Details
I've previously shared the cost-of-living details for our community; please let me know if you have any further questions regarding that information.
Communication and Care Plan
We establish a communication and care plan for each resident in collaboration with their family and a Registered Nurse, ensuring regular updates on their well-being, especially in emergency situations. Our rates start at $150 per day for the first 30 days, after which residents can opt for a month-to-month contract. We pride ourselves on being a pet-friendly community, with certain standards for safety and cleanliness.
Health and Safety
Annually, we offer a variety of vaccinations and provide medical transportation for these purposes. We strive to make our community a place where residents can age comfortably, offering both Type II assisted living support and memory care within a secure unit for their safety. We currently have availability in both our assisted living and memory care programs.
