We offer assistance with the activities of daily living with personalized attention that our memory impaired residents need to live secure, more fulfilled lives.
We at Sunny Hills understand how compassionate care of a loved one can give the entire family a soothing piece of mind. Each individual resident has different and unique needs that are met by our staff with the utmost respect, patience, detail and understanding twenty-four hours a day. Our caregivers learn the history of each resident and create close and meaningful bonds with the resident and his/her family.
Our professionally trained caregivers give each memory care resident specialized attention and tailored cognitive activities, encouraging our residents to exercise their individual interests. Our caregivers become a familiar and compassionate face the residents and their families can surely depend on, always present, always on call.
In the event your loved one’s needs increase through the disease process, a team of our community professionals will re-evaluate the care and prepare an individualized service plan that is monitored on a daily basis.
