1. Our Comprehensive Support System
We have an administrator, RN, LPN, full clinical staff support, Med Techs on all three shifts, and are fully staffed with Resident Assistants on the floor. We always maintain compliance with State regulations. Please remember, we are not a Medical facility but an Assisted Living providing 24/7 care.
2. Personalized Resident Assessment
We assess each prospect that comes to our facility before move-in. This assessment is to determine if we are capable of safely caring for each resident.
3. Engaging Activities for Residents
Our Activities Director, assistant director, and the entire management team have resources in place daily for all of our residents.
4. Transportation and Fun Outings
We transport patients on Tuesday and Thursday to doctor appointments. Mondays are for shopping and fun activities, as well as Wednesdays. Fridays we typically have outings, lunch, scenic drives, movies, theatre, etc.
5. Dining Experience
Dining is a quite popular social and fun experience. You are welcome to come and have lunch to experience it for yourself. 😊
6. Open Communication
All complaints go directly to our Administrator, whose door is always open!
7. Pricing Information
I sent you the pricing list. If you did not receive it, I am more than happy to send it again.
8. Care Plans
We have care plans every 30 days for the first 90 days or as needed with family and nurse for any changes, updates with the level of care, and of course, any concerns. Then, quarterly care plan meetings after 90 days or as needed.
9. Respite Care
We do offer Respite care for a 3-4 week minimum. At this time, respite is full.
10. Pet-Friendly Policy
Yes, we are pet-friendly, as long as the resident can care for their own pet.
12. Health Clinics
Yes, COVID and flu clinics come to our facility for residents annually.
13. Aging in Place
Yes, Assisted Living is designed to age in place.
