Stonehenge of American Fork is a wonderful place to get rehab.  I've known many people who have gone there and had great experiences.  The place is beautiful and the staff do a great job.  Highly recommend!

Terrible. Very neglectful. We may sue them for my Dads mistreatment. He was here for six weeks to recover from a broken hip and he called the staff to help him put in his catheter and no one came to help him. He waited so long he decided to put it in himself, then fell down and hit his lower back on the sink then hit the floor. He called for help again with his foot this time since he couldn't move and no one came to help for a very long time. This happened twice! So now we are dealing with a possible compression fracture in my Dads back! He is in so much pain he can barely move. We are thinking about suing them. The staff also left his cathadar in so long he got a urinary track infection and he went into septic shock and his kidneys and liver started shutting down so my sister asked the staff multiple times to take his vitals. Finally, they realized something was wrong and he was rushed to the ICU for treatment, but he could have died had my sister not probed them into action!!! Another terrible way they were completely neglectful was the fact that the temperature was always extremely hot in my Dads room (85 degrees Fahrenheit or above) and no one would fix the broken thermostat after asking many times. Avoid this place!!! They don't really care about your loved ones and are very neglectful.

Avoid this place!  They are incompetent to say the least! My Dad was there for 2.5 days and we had to take him out and bring him home. They forgot to feed him once and the 2nd time I had to go ask if he was going to get his dinner. When they finally brought it it was cold. He was told by his Dr to walk 3 times a day. He only got 2 hrs of physical therapy and 1/2 hour of occupational therapy in the 2.5 days he was there. When a call button was pressed it takes forever for them to come help. My dad fell one night because the moved his walker and wheel chair away from his bed. If you have experienced anything like this and want to report them to the state of Utah call the Utah health Department division of licensing and file a complaint. And call the Elder abuse hotline for the State of Utah and file a compl

Hazardous and unsafe. Incompetent and will kill your beloved family members. Avoid them like the plague. My mother was here and went downhill quickly and died for the following contributory reasons:-admitting staff didn't even check to see why no medications were being dispensed for her after 12 hours and me asking multiple times. Turns out, the admitting nurse Kathleen didn't check to see that the fax actually was sent to the pharmacy. It wasn't. And apparently that had been a problem for weeks. -multiple doses of her medication not given to her in full, spilled on her table, etc. The nurse actually made the comment that she got "most of the medication most of the time." Um, no. She needs to get ALL of the medication ALL the time. -didn't help with eating and in fact left food out for 24 hours to spoil. That is when they didn't skip her room. -and the nail in her literal coffin was the dr FAILED to complete the lab work the dr ordered when he discharged her from the hospital. Their complete failure to actually monitor and treat what they were supposed to caused her kidneys to fail, which was not the original problem. -as she was dying and unresponsive, the nurse said she was "resting". After not being able to rouse her, I called 911 and got her taken to the hospital where she died.- administrative staff refused to resolve complaints that were followed to the letter according to their own procedures

I'm very sorry to have to write a poor report on this company. I have had unfortunately two experiences here at Stonehenge with my loved one at two separate times in the past year. I have been in the medical profession myself for 16 years and know what continuity of patient care should look like. They are under staffed and poorly trained. The facility is nice but doesn't make up for very low standards of patient care. There have been several times they have missed taking him to dinner so he has lost weight and fluids. Never bring your loved one here. They may never leave. Unfortunately it was not my decision to come here and I will never refer this facility to anyone.

My grandfather was here on two separate occasions and the staff was amazing and very kind. They maintained clean rooms and sheets, the food was good and hot, and the staff communicate well with our family. We had been to and researched various facilities for him before and they are by far the nicest, cleanest, and friendliest staff in Utah county.

The employee, Nicole Grace, is verbally abusive to my grandmother. She berates her over politics and does it right in front of the rest of us! It is very uncomfortable and I have requested that she stay away from my grandma. She goes on and on about how her boyfriend is a doctor, so she is more enlightened, politically, than my gran.

I have a loved one at Stonehenge and I’m very pleased! The center is clean and bright. Staff is cheerful and attentive. I have visited unannounced several times and have found the same results. I have also had my loved ones at two other centers in Utah and have found Stonehenge to exceed those. I would recommend this center to those looking to place a loved one.

Dismal place to be. My wife was seldom attended to and the response to her needs were often ignored or delayed. “Luckily”, her deteriorating condition required hospitalization, which required an ambulance trip to the hospital. We had to request that several times before they complied. She was then put in ICU for several days.

We have been very happy with our experience at Stonehenge so far. It was a hard decision for us as a family to put our sister in a care center, and we had lots of concerns about how she would adjust. The staff have been great in helping her feel at home and meeting her physical needs . Thank you so much!

Seems like a pretty nice place. The nurses are very kind and know who people are. The problem I have is that there is nowhere nice outside to sit and visit. Because of covid only 2 people can come inside and if you have more than 2 people visiting you have to be outside. This would be fine however where you are supposed to sit is 40 feet from a main road so you can't hear anyone talk. This is rather unfortunate seeing as the person I was visiting is already hard of hearing.
