ASSISTED LIVING CARE LEVEL FEES
Based on the resident’s individualized assessment and personalized plan of care, the appropriate assisted living care fee is charged in addition to the monthly rate.
Care Level I $1,056
Care Level II $1,514
Care Level III $2,162
Care Level IV $2,863
Additional person $1,101 per month (plus applicable care level fee for assisted living residents). A Resident Administrative Service Fee (non-refundable) equal to one month’s rent is due at lease signing.
Application fee $150 (non-refundable). These rents are subject to change until execution of a lease prior to occupancy. Effective 10/1/23

Each floor plan features full kitchens, an oversized bathroom, several large closets, and individually-controlled heating and air conditioning. All utilities, plus cable and wi-fi, are included in the rent (excludes telephone). And don’t forget the views of the wooded campus. Many apartments have a patio or deck where you can sit and enjoy nature.
One of the nicest features of your new home at St. Mary’s Woods is the affordability. With no buy-in and reasonable market-rate monthly payments, customized care, and other à la carte services from which to choose, you will be able to preserve your nest egg for the future.
