South Residence - Assisted Living

Levels 2 & 3 allow residents to remain in their familiar surroundings, while still receiving an increased amount of assistance. These enhanced programs are designed for medically stable individuals with more complex physical limitations or other needs that require significant staff interventions.
Entrance fees are fully refundable in the first six months.
Utilities and apartment maintenance are included in the monthly fees.
North Residence - Memory Care
All Memory Care residents receive:
