Waitlist Information
We do have a wait list for Memory Care and Assisted Living, but not for Independent Living.
Pricing and General Information
Please see the attached brochure for all pricing for all levels of care.
Professional Staff and Training
We have teams for marketing, maintenance, dining, housekeeping, and billing. We have a nurse on site 7 days a week and certified medication aids, caregivers, and LPNs. All meet the Colorado Department of Health guidelines and have had training through the community, Alzheimer’s Association, and other state courses.
Safety and Well-being Measures
In addition to the care we provide outlined in the attached brochure, we have separate activities programs for memory care, assisted living, and independent living. We also have awake staff on site 24/7. We do a wellness check for all independent residents once per day as well.
Transition Support Services
We work with multiple moving and transition specialists who only work with seniors to help ensure a smooth move.
Transportation Services
Yes. We have scheduled transportation to stores, outings, and dedicate all transportation on Tuesday and Thursday exclusively towards doctor appointments.
Dining Experience
A different special is offered every day for all three meals and alternates are also available. We also have a brunch the first Sunday of every month. Families are always encouraged to join their loved one in our dining room. Additionally, we have a monthly “chef chat” where residents can bring in recipes and offer suggestions.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
The resident can speak directly to our Executive Director or one of the two owners of the community about any concerns at any time.
Communication with Residents' Families
Our residents have to give us permission to share their private information with anyone. When we do have permission, we will call and email as well as can schedule a care conference on any changes or concerns we’ve seen.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do have respite available in Independent Living but not in Assisted Living or Memory Care at this time. The cost is $150 per day.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes. We accept small pets so long as they are current on shots, don’t bark or jump on anyone and remain on a leash when not in the resident’s apartment. There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $500 to have a pet at Springbrooke.
Vaccination Clinics
Yes. We organize vaccination clinics throughout the year to make it convenient for our residents to be current on vaccinations.
Aging in Place
Yes. Residents can remain at our community all the way through end of life with Hospice so long as they are safe.
