Residents pay a one-time, non-refundable $4,000 Community Fee (Payable before or at time of move-in)

Care levels are determined, in part, by completion of the following:
- Resident Assessment Tool by the resident’s physician
- Nursing Assessment by Spring Arbor Resident Care Director
- Maryland State Assisted Living Scoring Tool
Factors such as mobility, medications, monitoring of clinical needs, safety needs, safety awareness, fall risk, incontinence, and cognitive and behavioral status is considered in determining levels of care.
