Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We have over 200 employees with varied degrees of education, certifications, and training. I would be happy to discuss this more in detail if you have specific concerns.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Splendido offers an alert system with a pendant (like a life alert) that is also included in each restroom of each home. Also, the same system offers a complimentary and voluntary daily check-in option. We have staff in the community 24/7 365 at the main concierge desk, in our Building Services Department and in the Sonora Health Center. We also have backup generators in case of power outages and a food/water supply.
Transition Support Services
Yes. Once approved, our Interior Designer and Move-in Coordinator will contact you. She will provide resources for the move, and prepare a computer-generated space plan with your furniture and personal items placed on the floor plan you have chosen. Also, after move-in, we provide vendor services for two hours of professional art hanging.
Transportation Services
Scheduled transportation is included in your monthly fees: doctor appointments, church runs, shopping, restaurants, outings, etc.
Dining Experience
We have four different restaurants with different menus and venues. The food is quite good.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Our General Manager has an open door policy and we have an active Resident Council that also can be involved.

Yes, we love our furry neighbors – as long as they are well behaved! Though we do have a waitlist, we currently have availability in a good variety of Terrace Home plans starting with one-bedroom and larger. I have attached a Fee Schedule to give you an idea of general starting prices for all homes – not necessarily what is currently available.
