Overview of Professionals and Training
Our staff includes an Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director, Health & Wellness Director, Health & Wellness Coordinator, Resident Care Coordinator, HCA, CNA’s, and Med Techs. Additionally, we have a Business Office Manager, Life Enrichment Director, Dining Services Director, and a Sales & Marketing Director. All staff undergo rigorous training specific to their roles to ensure the highest quality of care and service to our residents.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we conduct 2-hour checks throughout the night. Each resident is provided with an e-call pendant for immediate assistance, and pull stations are installed in every room. We also offer personalized care planning for those requiring additional attention.
Transition Support Services
We offer a resident ambassador program to help new residents acclimate to the community. The Resident Care Coordinator and the Life Enrichment team meet with new residents to discuss care plans, answer clinical questions, and introduce them to activities and events.
Transportation Services
Transportation is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM for any location in the greater Spokane area.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience is restaurant-style, featuring chef-inspired cuisine for all meals. Breakfast includes a feature item daily, with alternative options available. Lunch and dinner offer two feature items and a selection of 20 additional dishes, along with homemade soup available seven days a week.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can raise complaints or issues through our established protocols, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Communication with Residents' Families
We conduct an initial assessment prior to move-in, another at 30 days, and every 6 months thereafter or upon a change of condition, to keep families informed about their loved ones' well-being.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not currently offer respite stays.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community, allowing cats and dogs under 40lbs with a $500 fee and required vaccination records. An off-leash dog park is available on-site.
Waitlist Information
Availability may vary by apartment style, resulting in a waitlist for certain types.
Vaccination Clinics
We offer COVID and other vaccination clinics when available to our residents.
