Somerset Court’s personal services focus on our resident’s physical well-being, comfort and enjoyment. These services are included as a part of our all inclusive pricing. We encourage everyone in our community to take advantage of these services; however, no one is required to do so.
We believe enjoying retirement means staying as fit and healthy as possible. Our personal services include tracking and charting our residents’ basic health indicators.
We track the weights and blood pressures of our residents monthly or more often if a need is indicated. This service results in an accurate and continually updated basic health record to assists physicians in monitoring our residents’ conditions.
For those who wish, we assist residents with coordinating, ordering, and delivery of prescription medications, maintaining written records of all prescriptions for those residents. Along with this we administer medications (SEE: Medication Management) to our residents as their physician(s) prescribe.
