Our rates start with a Studio apartment at $3700 per month, plus level of care fees (if applicable.) One Bedroom apartments start at $4200 per month, plus LOC.

Flexible Month-to-Month Rental
We are a month-to-month rental, so with the flexibility of being a month-to-month rental you aren’t signing any long-term leases. We do have a one-time community fee which is 100% refundable if your loved one doesn’t move in, but you aren’t paying any extravagant buy-ins, like some other communities have.
24/7 On-Site Nurses and Caregivers
Our Nurses and Caregivers are ON-SITE 24/7, so we are readily available; happy to assist and support as needed and requested. We also have Physical Therapy on-site 5 days per week.
Inclusive Services
All meals, housekeeping, personal laundry and linen service, cable tv, utilities, a personal pendant and activities are included. We also provide transportation to local medical appointments and shopping.
Spacious Apartments and Amenities
The apartments are quite spacious and there are lots of other amenities to enjoy including the movie theatre, full-service salon for ladies and gentlemen, game room, billiard room, craft room, library/computer room, private dining room and two beautiful outdoor courtyards; just to name a few.
