Waiting List and Expansion Announcement
We currently have a waiting list in our Magnolia Gardens, our Memory Care Unit. We are adding 14 more suites to Heritage, our traditional assisted living. Please see tour packets for current pricing.
Services and Care
Heritage and Magnolia have Resident Aids to provide all care and activities of daily living. A Licensed Nurse is available. We follow all codes of the Wisconsin DHS 83 regulations.
Transportation and Meals
Transportation is available for a fee. Breakfast is made to order on the unit; all other meals come from our main kitchen. We dine family style on each unit.
Resident Concerns and Communication
Residents can submit concerns to staff members; they report to the assisted living nurse or myself; we then look into the matter and perform an investigation if warranted. We follow the recommendations and regulations of Wisconsin DHS 83. We update families if a resident is activated; of any changes. If a resident is their own person and they give permission, we will update the family. We keep contact via phone and email.
Respite Stays and Policies
We do offer Respite stays up to 28 days; pricing is included in the packet. We currently have a no pet policy at this time.
Health Clinics
We provide a Flu and Covid clinic every year and when boosters are needed.
