Rates and Medical Staff
We do not charge based on level of care. Our rates are all inclusive, regardless of care level and we have licensed medical staff on site 24/7 for our residents.
Wellness and Emergency Services
Our staff does wellness checks for our residents and we have a call system for each resident so that if they have an emergency or need attention from our staff, they can call them to their apartment.
Transition Aid
Transition aid depends on where they are transitioning from and is done through the Area Agency on Aging that we work with for residents coming from a long term care facility.
Dining Experience
Dining is restaurant style, meaning they come and sit where they choose, and our staff takes their order and serves each resident drinks and meals. Residents have 2 entrée options for lunch and dinner to choose from and we have an “always available” menu they can order from as well, which includes cheeseburger, grilled cheese, and side options.
Communication and Feedback
Issues can be voiced to any of our management team or we have a resident council they can participate in that meets with our director once per month to discuss community issues and concerns.
Inclusive Pricing
Our pricing includes all utilities, trash/water, weekly laundry, and weekly housekeeping services. Cable is offered for an extra fee of $30/month and landline phone services is offered for an extra fee of $20/month.
Family Coordination and Care
Our nursing staff coordinates care with family members via phone calls (typically) when needed.
Residency and Support Animals
We do not have short term or respite stay options. We do allow emotional support animals with proper documentation. We currently have a waitlist as we are a full community.
Vaccination Clinics
We do offer a variety of vaccination clinics during the year such as COVID and Flu and residents are given the option to sign up for these clinics when they occur.
