AL BASE PRICING:
$3,500 (ONE TIME ONLY) Community Fee
$6,559/month + Level of Care: Standard studio (198 sqft)
$8,009/month + Level of Care: Deluxe studio (260 sqft)
This base price covers all utilities including internet and cable, as well as 3 meals/day, housekeeping, activities, and laundry!
LEVEL OF CARE PRICING:
Prior to move-in, we will do an assessment to determine the level of assistance the resident would need. This cost can range anywhere between $315-945/month.

MEMORY CARE BASE PRICING:

Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We are a full continuum of care campus, including Skilled Nursing/Rehab, Assisted Living (AL), and Memory Care. Our team comprises nurses, CNAs, dietary staff, housekeeping, maintenance, business office personnel, and therapists for PT/OT/SLP. All staff required to hold a license do so. We also provide continuing education for those interested in furthering their careers and education.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We have a call light system for the assistance of our residents, fire, and life safety systems, as well as emergency preparedness training and guidelines in place for natural disasters.
Support Services for Residents' Transition
We offer a family and resident ambassador program to help guide new residents and their families during the transition. Our social work team is also available to assist.
Transportation Services
Currently, we are not providing transportation services, but it is an option we are actively exploring.
Dining Experience
Our meals are chef-prepared and served restaurant-style in our Skilled Nursing Facility and Assisted Living. In our Memory Care, meals are served family-style. We offer a variety of diet options and food textures to accommodate our residents' needs.
Resident Complaint Process
Any staff member can receive a complaint. We have a tracking system to ensure that each complaint is documented and addressed appropriately.

Communication with Residents' Families
Families can communicate with our staff and their loved ones 24 hours a day. We use a life loop system to keep families and residents updated on important events, meals, activities, and dates within our community.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Yes, we offer respite stays for up to 30 days in our Assisted Living/Memory Care. The cost ranges from $259-319 per day, plus the level of care costs shared below.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are pet-friendly and require an up-to-date copy of vaccinations for resident pets.

Our Skilled Nursing is currently full. We have limited openings in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
