Welcome to Seagrass Village
We are a beautiful resort style senior living community with lovely, appointed apartments and common areas offering Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. We are located just off I-95 for easy access and only 6 miles from the beach. Our community is new and is rated for a Category Four Hurricane with a generator on site.
Seagrass Village offers 116 apartments. 56 in Independent Living, 32 in Assisted and 28 in Memory Care. We have a beautiful Dining area and lovely common areas spread throughout the community for everyone to enjoy.
When it comes to “aging in place’, we have our Limited Nursing Services Licensure. We have nurses on site to assist with specific care needs. Each resident in our assisted community receives a pendant that when activated, notifies one of our care staff. Every assisted and memory care resident has a personalized care plan that suits their individual needs.
Amenities and Services
- Our Blue Heron Lounge Features Happy Hour from 4 to 5 PM, Monday through Saturday (included in lease rate) one complimentary glass of Wine/Beer. We also serve fun specialty drinks on occasion.
- Independent & Assisted Living includes 3 meals in our beautiful dining room on the first floor.
- Library with delightful outside covered seating area with overhead fans on first floor, third floor has another smaller but just as beautiful library with computer access for residents.
- Interfaith Chapel
- Outdoor Pool and Lounge area with outside bathrooms.
- Pagoda with a nice fire pit table and conversational group seating.
- 24/7 Fitness Center and Onsite Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
- Therapist led Yoga & Exercise classes weekly
- Spa with therapeutic Jacuzzi tub and massage table (depends on services ordered if included in lease rate or additional cost)
- Movie Theatre with comfortable club seating
- Billiard Room on Third floor and Game rooms on Second and Third Floor
- Full-Service Beauty/Barber Salon (not included in lease rate) At this time, it is open 2 days per week.
- Independent apartments feature a full-size kitchen and a washer and dryer combo in every unit.
- Most apartments feature a patio or balcony (except Memory Care)
