Employee Reviews for Edgewood Healthcare
2.9 out of 5 stars. Based on 408 reviewsEmployees generally have positive things to say about working for Edgewood Healthcare. They appreciate the hard work of some of their colleagues and the friendly atmosphere. However, they have some concerns about upper management, who they feel only care about the census, and the lack of competitive pay. They also feel that the company is understaffed and that the residents are not always looked after properly. Employees also note that there is a lot of back-biting and back-stabbing, and that the company is very focused on money and not on the residents or employees. They suggest that management should be more open to other’s thoughts and ideas, pay a living wage, and treat employees with respect.
