Memory Care Service Levels
We offer four different service levels to meet the needs of each resident. A Registered Nurse (RN) will conduct an assessment to determine which service level is appropriate to meet your needs and ensure your safety. Assessments are completed upon admission, quarterly, annually, and as your care needs change. Service level rates are billed separately from rent. A one-time assessment fee of $200 will be billed at time of move-in.
