Residents have the option to pay Traditionally or through a CCRC Entrance Fee program. Studio & One- Bedroom apartments offer kitchenettes with microwave, sink, and refrigerator. Two-Bedroom Suites offer a full kitchen with electric range and dishwasher; these residents have the option to decline the meal plan and pay a per meal rate.
