    We are a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing quality health care as part of the Covenant Care family. Our goal is to meet or exceed the expectations of those we serve. We invite you to visit our nursing home and see for yourself how different we are!

    We provide tender loving care to those members of our community who are unable to live in their homes and take care of themselves. Our services include stroke rehabilitation, alzheimer’s care and physical rehabilitation. We provide our care at the direction of each resident’s physician, and with the information and support of the resident’s family and friends.
