Rowntree Gardens is a Continuing Care Retirement Community offering Independent and Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. We have been proudly serving seniors and their families for over 50 years and would love to partner with you to find the best solution for your needs.
What is a CCRC?
Rowntree Gardens is a licensed CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community). What this means is that our community members wonât have to move should they need additional care. While many move in as an independent resident, they know that IF they need additional care including assisted living, skilled nursing care, or memory care they wonât have to move again.
Healthcare Services
Our community members and their families are very appreciative of our on-site clinic staffed around the clock with LVNâs (licensed vocational nurses). We also have multiple physicians specializing in Geriatrics that practice from our clinic. Our community members love this convenience and our doctorsâ âbedsideâ manner. The physicians accept Medicare and most HMOs.
