Our center is a one-hundred twenty-five bed skilled nursing facility which provides twenty-four hour residential health services for persons who are no longer in an acute phase of illness but who continue to require frequent nursing observation, care and rehabilitative services.
Rosewood Rehabilitation and Care Center has worked over 25 years building and maintaining a first rate reputation as a vital part of the Converse community. We are proud to be owned by a Texas based company, Senior Care Management, whose mission is to serve seniors across Texas in regional communities such as Converse.
