    Welcome to Loup City, Nebraska, home of Rose Lane Campus. Our 64-bed facility is located two blocks north of Loup City High School. Our rural setting allows for our residents to actively participate in community events, while still receiving personalized care.

    Rose Lane Campus provides skilled nursing care, respite care, inpatient/outpatient therapies, and memory support. In addition to the long-term care facility, Rose Lane Campus also offers 10 assisted living apartments, called The Gardens.
